Who I Am
This website belongs to Ibrahim, an independent maths tutor trading as Learn Maths with Ibrahim. You can contact me at mathstutoringbyibrahim@gmail.com.
What Information I Collect
- The details you choose to send me by WhatsApp, email or the enquiry form, such as your name, your child's year group, exam board and what they need help with.
- Details needed to arrange lessons and send invoices, such as names, contact details and lesson records.
The Enquiry Form
When you send the enquiry form, your answers are delivered to me by email through my website host. I use them only to reply to you and arrange lessons. Phone numbers are used to contact you by WhatsApp message or text.
Email Updates About Free Resources
If you sign up for updates, I keep your email address (and your child's year group, if you give it) only to email you when a new free resource is ready, with an occasional note about lessons. You will only be added if you tick the consent box. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can email me at mathstutoringbyibrahim@gmail.com and I'll remove you straight away.
How I Use Your Information
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange lessons.
- To send free resource updates, only if you have asked for them.
- To plan lessons, write progress updates and send invoices.
I never sell or share your information with anyone else.
How Long I Keep It
I keep lesson and invoice records only for as long as needed for teaching and accounting, then delete them.
Your Rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you or your child at any time by emailing mathstutoringbyibrahim@gmail.com.
Cookies
This website uses Google Ads cookies to measure which adverts bring parents to the site and how many go on to send an enquiry. These cookies are only set if you choose "Accept" on the cookie banner. If you choose "Reject", no advertising cookies are used. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link at the bottom of every page.
Your choice is remembered in your browser so the banner doesn’t keep appearing.
